This wine is made from Shita no Kagayaki (wild grape x Cabernet Sauvignon), a rare wild grape variety grown in Akeno-cho, Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture. After fermentation, it is aged in oak barrels for approximately two years.

The deep color characteristic of wild grapes, black fruit notes like cassis, and straightforward acidity blend harmoniously for a clean finish.

Midaigawa Winery is a new winery established by Miyairi Valve Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a comprehensive manufacturer of valves for LP gas cylinders and other products, leveraging the industrial technology it has cultivated over many years. Utilizing the industrial technology it has cultivated over many years, the winery uses its own developed brewing equipment to carefully brew Koshu and Marselan grapes grown in well-drained, stony soil. It is a new Yamanashi wine that combines technology and nature.
