You can feel the nuances of herbs such as black pepper and mint in the gorgeous fruit scent reminiscent of violets and cassis.

By aging in old barrels for a long period of time, the wine is finished with a mellow taste that brings out the full potential of the grapes while giving you a deeper depth and complexity.

Immediately after release, the tannins are firm and the wine has a firm fruity taste, but the tannins gradually soften during bottle aging, and the taste spreads out.
This is a red wine that will age well in the future.
