An Asian-inspired red wine for everyday enjoyment, suitable for any occasion.

In 2022, we expressed the concept of "everyday" with a blend of Berry A as the main grape, Koshu Merlot for body, and Steuben for texture.
By employing cold maceration with natural fermentation at low temperatures for over 60 days, we promoted the extraction of umami from the grape skins and moderate tannins, resulting in an aromatic and flavorful wine.

After fermentation, the wine is stored in tanks without sulfites, and natural malolactic fermentation within the tanks prevents oxidation while gradually mellowing the flavor.
After bottling, secondary malolactic fermentation occurs in the bottle, so it will be slightly effervescent upon opening.
This is a versatile and easy-drinking red wine that pairs well with a variety of dishes.
