【YAMANASHI DE GRACE 2024】

The winery's ambitious work expressing the terroir of Yamanashi

This wine primarily uses Muscat Bailey A grown in the Hosaka district of Nirasaki City, at the foot of Mt. Kayagatake in northwestern Yamanashi Prefecture, blended with Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot from Misawa Farm in Akeno Town.

Each varietal is carefully aged for over 12 months in used French oak barrels, then skillfully blended to balance and highlight the unique characteristics of each grape.

It presents a brilliant purplish ruby color. The nose offers fresh fruit aromas of blueberry and plum, alongside floral notes of rose and lavender. Soft spices reminiscent of nutmeg and clove provide an accent.

The palate is smooth, with a pleasant harmony of supple acidity and fine tannins. Fruity flavors of blueberry and rose expand, culminating in a refreshing and pure taste.
