The Hoshibu district of Tendo City, Yamagata Prefecture, where Mitobe Sake Brewery is located, is a famous fruit-producing area in Yamagata Prefecture, the kingdom of fruits.
To the south of the brewery are fields where the company grows apples, cherries, chestnuts, and more.
After exploring how they could express this bounty in some way, they decided to release this cider.

In the first year, the quality was not as expected and the release was postponed, but this time it has finally been released!
This is a carefully crafted cider that uses the ingredients at their freshest, with no waste, including picked fruit and residues.
