Haginotsuru Glasses for Glasses 720ml/1800ml
[Haginotsuru for glasses only]
This is a quality drink that goes beyond just the unusual label!
All of the brewing staff wear glasses when making this sake, but it can also be enjoyed by those with glasses or contact lenses. The brewers struggle to prevent the lenses from fogging up while brewing.
This sake is named after October 1st, which is both "Sake Day" and "Glasses Day."
Brewed using only malic acid yeast, it has a light, refreshing acidity at low temperatures below 10°C.
By selecting the koji mold and making the koji in a creative way, the quality of the sake is designed to have a moderate sweetness that is balanced with the sourness of the malic acid.
This is a very popular Haginotsuru special edition that keeps the beautiful aroma and cute sweet and sour taste fresh.
Since the wood is shipped in a relatively young state, if it feels rough it will become more flexible if you allow it to air out.
Also, if you find it too sweet, you can add a little carbonated water, chill it in the fridge, float some ice on the rocks, or even try drinking it hot! Enjoy it in a variety of ways!
