We have become able to brew low-alcohol Yamahai ver. unpasteurized sake consistently, and it has become popular among customers. We are on track to make pasteurized products standard from 2020BY . The impression is slightly different between the fizzy feeling of unfiltered sake and the smooth texture of pasteurized sake, so for pasteurized sake, we have adopted the green label that was previously used for the fast-brewed version and started selling it from June 2021 .
