Hiran Kimoto Omachi 70 720ml
[Hiran Kimoto Omachi 70
A highly skilled sake that is said to be the next hard-to-obtain brand!
It has a muscat-like aroma and a fresh, lemon-like acidity, yet is light for a kimoto-brewed sake.
This is the first time I've ever seen sake of such beautiful quality made using Omachi rice!
・The origin of the name "Hiran"
During the Age of Discovery, Hirado was one of the world's most important ports.
Hirado, the western capital of Finland.
The sailors called Hirado "Finland"
