The wine uses Cabernet Franc and Kanisawa from Kayari, and Muscat Bailey A from Oizumi. In 2024, some grapes from Senba will also be used.

The aroma is bright, with notes of shiso and raspberry that are well balanced.
It's the perfect balance of charm and seductiveness.

The aroma of cranberries, dark cherries and strawberries slowly rises, with hints of forest and leaf mould.
