【Hiran Reborn Cloudy】

A new frontier in Kijoshu: a reborn, light, and luscious experience

“HIRAN Reborn” is a captivating Hiran-style Kijoshu that retains the original character of Kijoshu while being so drinkable that you’ll keep coming back for more.
Reborn Cloudy was created to pursue the fresh carbonation and lively flavor unique to namazake (unpasteurized sake), which could not be fully expressed in the previous Reborn Nama.

It features a pleasant cloudy style with an increased amount of lees to bring out the characteristics of namazake.
Compared to typical nigori-zake, the texture is not too heavy, and the mouthfeel is light.
By allowing fermentation to progress thoroughly, it offers a level of freshness never before experienced.

With a focus on aesthetics, this is the first in the Reborn series to use a clear bottle, visually representing the name "Cloudy" as the fine lees dance within.
You can fully enjoy the new charm of Reborn, from its beautiful appearance to the flavors that unfold in your mouth.

・Origin of the name "Hiran"
During the Age of Discovery, Hirado was an important port for the world.
The city of the West, Firando, Hirado.
Navigators called Hirado "Firando,"
and in even older times, Hirado was known as Hiran.
