[Nakamata Shōchū Made from Richly Sweet Kagoshima Annōimo Sweet Potatoes]
Made-to-order! Limited production of extremely small quantities of imo shōchū
When it comes to baked sweet potatoes, Annōimo is a specialty of Kagoshima.
This shōchū is made using Annōimo, with "Yume Ikkon" sake rice from Fukuoka Prefecture for the rice koji, and fermented in a traditional ceramic pot.
After distillation, during storage, the filtration process is meticulous; no machines are used, and only excess oil is manually scooped out.
Please enjoy the deep sweetness of Annōimo.
