A wine with a good balance of acidity and bitterness

In 2023, temperatures were high during the fermentation period, so after fermentation in a stainless steel tank, the wine was left in an old barrel for about a month and a half before bottling.

The aroma is of white flowers, citrus fruits such as lime, and fennel.
The volume is medium, with a good balance of acidity and bitterness in the latter half.

Mizukake Distillery (Mizukake Winery) is a small winery located in Hara Village, Suwa District, Nagano Prefecture, at the foot of the Yatsugatake Mountains, where grapes are grown primarily from Alsace varieties.
Since 2022, we have been producing white, rosé, and sparkling wines using our own grapes.
