Made with Koshu grapes from Koshu City. Light orange in color.
An ancestral style wine made with direct pressing and fermentation in 500L barrels, then fermented in the bottle.

・From Mr. Kobayashi of Kyoei-do: There is some turbidity and tartar remaining in some bottles. (Caution when opening.)
The bottles are quite uneven due to the heating process that took place later. (Sorry.)
