[Buyu Cycle Sparkling]

A limited edition sake produced in extremely small quantities, born from a new challenge by the master brewer Fukaya, who is also a cyclist.

By undergoing secondary fermentation in the bottle, you can enjoy refreshing carbonation.
Enjoy with a toast or meat dish.

A microbial cycle created by traditional kimoto brewing without additives to yeast. A locally produced, locally consumed cycle that uses ingredients from Ibaraki Prefecture. A popular activity in Ibaraki Prefecture, cycling. A sake brewed with the three meanings of "cycle" in mind: sake, Ibaraki Prefecture, and bicycles.

The traditional Kimoto sake brewing method is packed with natural energy, like a bicycle that moves forward on its own.
This is a must-try drink for anyone who loves bicycles and sake.

The label design was created by Kitaro Takasaki, one of Japan's top animators, whose work includes directing Studio Ghibli films.
