A dry white wine that expresses the flavor of the region

The wine is made from Koshu grapes harvested in the Hishiyama region, a region that was very dear to Chuo Winery's third-generation owner, Kazuo Misawa.
Each bunch is covered with a shade and then hand-harvested, after which only the grapes from specific vineyards are fermented and stored in stainless steel tanks.

The scent has notes of citrus fruits such as lemon and lime, the scent of white acacia flowers, spices such as coriander and cumin, and a mineral scent reminiscent of minerals.

It has a smooth mouthfeel, with citrus fruit flavors, mineral flavors, and a relaxed, firm acidity that forms the wine's structure.
The lively acidity and almost smoky minerality perfectly express the flavor of the region.
