[Kyoeido K24NT_DD]

Kyoei-do 2024 Summer Release Orange

This wine is directly pressed, fermented, and then macerated, then barrel fermented in 500L medium-sized barrels for about two months, and then fermented in large barrels for two months.

・From Mr. Kobayashi of Kyoei-do: A slightly cloudy apricot color. Pear, apple, and vinegar jump out at you. There is also a scent of currant and apricot.
It also smells like roses, hay, chili peppers and honey.

The inside of the mouth is slightly soft with a hint of oak and a margarine-like oily flavor.
As the temperature rises, you can sense more spices and pine nuts. The aftertaste is relatively long, with acidity and lime-like minerals.
I think it would be better to serve it in a glass if you want to enjoy the aftertaste. Also, since it's summer, I'll bring it from a cold place, but I think it's better to let it return to room temperature.

Sautéing pork with fruit sauce or mustard seems good. Boiling chicken breast with anchovy sauce seems interesting too.
The flavor is stronger so I think it's better to bring that out.
