A refreshing, dry sparkling rose wine that can be enjoyed casually

From its salmon pink exterior, refreshing bubbles rise and the aroma of cherries and melons spreads.
The harmonious balance of acidity and carbon dioxide gives sparkling wine its distinctive crispness that stimulates the appetite.
The flavor is structured with a concentrated texture reminiscent of strawberry jam, accented by a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Fully ripe Kyoho grapes and appropriately ripe Delaware grapes are thoroughly chilled to 4°C before being crushed.
After allowing the juice to settle for a day, the supernatant is fermented at low temperature in separate stainless steel tanks.
After fermentation, the wine is blended, bottled and aged in the bottle for 10 months.
It is finished dry without dosage ( adding sugar ) , and the charming nuances of Bailey A are added to make up for the loss during disgorgement .
