It has a refreshing taste and outstanding sharpness, making it a clean, dry sake.
・Shuhari means "Shu" - "protecting" traditions and "Ha" - "breaking" Shu and putting into practice what you have learned elsewhere.
"Ri" - Value "Shu" and "Ha" and "Break" from them to create new territory.
Originally used in the tea ceremony and martial arts, the word expresses the spirit of pursuing one's path.
