Grapes grown and harvested at our own vineyard in Hara Village, Suwa District, Nagano Prefecture, are fermented and aged using wild yeast in old barrels.
It has aromas of white peach and honey, fresh fruitiness with a light hint of smoke.

Mizukake Distillery (Mizukake Winery) is a small winery in Hara Village, Suwa County, Nagano Prefecture, at the foot of the Yatsugatake Mountains, that grows grapes mainly of Alsace varieties.
Since 2022, we have been producing white, rosé, and sparkling wines using our own grapes.
