It promotes natural convection and allows fermentation while reducing the risk of oxidation.

This wine has no particular flavor and can be paired with Japanese food.

Onmitsu Wines is a husband-and-wife winery based in Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture. Mr. Shinichiro Ogura has an unusual career history, having earned a master's degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and served as Director of the Space Utilization Promotion Office of the Science and Technology Agency (now the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology).
Their motto is to treat grapes not as objects, but as living creatures with love. They make wine carefully by hand, avoiding the use of large machinery and chemicals as much as possible.
