We aim to create sake that is flavorful, umami, and sharp, that is well-balanced as an accompaniment, and that makes meals more delicious.We use Gohyakumangoku rice from the local Okuizumo region, which is suitable for sake brewing. We produce sake in-house using rice such as Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, mainly Nomai, and we use only rice suitable for sake brewing for all grades of sake.
