[Sanyo Brewery Koshu Trio 2024]

From a modest impression to a hearty taste

This white wine is made using Koshu grapes from three growers in Yamanashi Prefecture.
When opened, the aroma is modest, with a refreshing citrus impression, but it gradually changes into a flavor with a full-bodied feel similar to plum wine.

The wine goes through roughly the same brewing process as the simultaneously released "Duo," but the subtle differences in the farms' vineyards result in slightly different flavors.
Compared to "Duo," this Trio has a longer fermentation period with the skins, so it feels stronger in comparison.
