This is the southernmost plum wine in Japan.
This plum wine is made by carefully soaking the best variety of Kishu plums, ``Nankoume,'' in awamori and finishing with pure domestic brown sugar.
Plum wine made with awamori brings out a mellow richness and unique flavor that other plum wines do not have, and has a different depth of flavor.
It has a strong aroma, strong acidity, and a punchy taste with a moderate amount of sweetness.
We bring out the natural flavor of plums to the fullest, so you can enjoy the refreshing sourness of plums without sacrificing flavor.
We recommend drinking it on the rocks or with soda.
