It is made using golden Sengan potatoes from the local town of Okuma, and is aged for 18 months using traditional methods, black koji, and atmospheric distillation .
It has a clean taste and the soft sweetness of potato, and is smooth and easy to drink, yet has a firm core.
This is a sweet potato shochu that can be enjoyed on the rocks or mixed with hot water, making it very easy to drink.
