Fukuoka famous for "Tsukushi" and " Shakuunmugi " within a week after squeezing the sake lees of " Kakurei Junmai Ginjo " by Aoki Sake Brewery using " Koshitanrei " rice suitable for sake brewing from Niigata prefecture. Shipped to Nishiyoshida Sake Brewery.
Nishiyoshida Sake Brewery is a brewery that has its roots in kasutori shochu.

If the sake lees are not fresh, the flavor will be lost, so they are made the same day they arrive.
It has a gorgeous ginjo-like fragrance and a refreshing mouthfeel.
