A semi-dry white wine featuring a peachy aroma and refreshing acidity.
This white wine is carefully crafted from Koshu grapes grown in Katsunuma and Ichinomiya, Yamanashi Prefecture, fermented slowly in stainless steel tanks. It offers fruity aromas reminiscent of white peach and Japanese pear, along with refreshing acidity and the pleasant bitterness characteristic of the Koshu grape variety.
It is a relatively low-alcohol, easy-drinking, semi-dry wine.
Midaigawa Winery is a new winery established by Miyairi Valve, a comprehensive manufacturer that produces valves for LP gas cylinders, leveraging its many years of accumulated industrial technology.
Utilizing the industrial expertise cultivated over many years, the winery employs its own self-developed brewing equipment to carefully ferment Koshu and Marselan grapes grown in stony, well-drained soil.
It is a new Yamanashi wine that blends technology and nature.
