This is a slightly dry Blanc de Blancs made from 100 % Koshu grapes from Yamanashi Prefecture .
Citrus and herbal scents.
It has just the right amount of acidity and the sweetness of the fruit, making it a sparkling wine that really brings out the best of the Koshu grapes!

After opening, please serve well chilled (6 to 8°C) .
