[Kamishin Junmai Ginjo Nakadori Bottle-matured Unpasteurized Sake]

A beautifully aged, autumn-only sake with no unpleasant aftertaste.

The yeast-derived aroma is reminiscent of bananas and has a crisp aftertaste.
It has a transparent appearance, yet has a rich and creamy flavor.

They use Satoumi rice varieties Omachi and Akebono, which are grown using a method that involves spreading mineral-rich oyster shells in rice paddies to improve the soil and grow high-quality rice.
By using rice with a strong core, the quality of the sake does not deteriorate even during aging, and it is able to age smoothly.
