Produced in a concrete tank (egg-shaped mineral tank), which has been gaining attention in Japan in recent years.
This promotes natural convection and allows for fermentation while minimizing the risk of oxidation.

It is a versatile wine that pairs well with Japanese cuisine.

Onmitsu Wines is a winery run by a married couple based in Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture. Shinichiro Ogura has an unconventional background, including a master's degree from MIT and serving as the head of the Space Utilization Promotion Office at the Science and Technology Agency (now the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology).
Their motto is to treat grapes not as objects, but as living things with love. They minimize the use of large machinery and chemicals, meticulously crafting their wines by hand.
