This is the winery's first orange wine, produced by female winemaker Hiromi Fujimoto.
We only use late-harvested Koshu grapes from Katsunuma.
Beautiful orange hue.
It has a spicy aroma of cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon, as well as a sweet aroma reminiscent of ripe Japanese citrus fruits.
When you put it in your mouth, it has moderate acidity and a slight sweetness, a fruity flavor reminiscent of loquat and apricot, and a texture similar to black tea, with just the right amount of astringency that spreads richly throughout the mouth.
Drinking temperature: 10-12℃
Food compatibility: Lu Rou rice, braised pork, braised abalone, simmered hijiki
