Koshu sake harvested in Katsunuma Town, Shiozawa, Yamanashi City, and Koshu City is aged in large barrels for six months.

A slightly dull golden yellow color.
Aromas of nutmeg, almond, orange peel and hints of violet and apple.

It flows smoothly in the mouth, spreading a complex oriental aroma reminiscent of cedar and agarwood.
It has a slightly heavy, rich flavor that reminds you of baking soda rising from your tongue.
The aftertaste is heavy and the flavor seems to last forever.

We recommend the pork in butter sauce and the classic sauce-flavored yakitori!
I think the flavor will be more pronounced if you enjoy it in a wider glass at a slightly higher temperature.
