Sagara Hyoroku is a limited edition potato shochu made using high-quality Golden Senkan sweet potato and carefully brewed with black koji.
The name of the sake comes from "Oishi Hyoroku Yume Monogatari" written by Mori Masanao, a fiction writer from the Satsuma Domain period.

It is characterised by a sweet potato aroma and a fragrant flavour derived from the black koji brewing process.
It has a mellow texture and you can feel the sweetness, rich flavor and full-bodiedness of the potato.

The aftertaste is crisp and dry, with a lingering rich potato flavor and richness.
