Limited edition sake lees shochu from a very popular brewery

This is a rare shochu that is only available at authorized dealers of the popular Ryoseki Shuzo Brewery, which brews hard-to-obtain brands such as Hanamura and Suidama.

This is a traditional Otsu shochu made by dry distillation of the sake lees from carefully brewed sake.
Enjoy the deep flavor of this sake, slowly aged in our earthen-walled storehouse.

Enjoy it on the rocks or with hot water, depending on your preference!
