This limited edition sake is available only at authorized dealers and is made from the Kuroushi brand's most recommended sake, "Kuroushi Junmai Nakadori Unfiltered Raw Sake Yamada Nishiki," pasteurized and aged for six months.

It has the rich rice flavor and full-bodied taste that is characteristic of Kuroushi beef, but also has a crisp, dry finish.
It goes perfectly with strong-flavored dishes.
