Due to the nature of this production process, the raw liquor from that year is bottled as is, so the alcohol content varies depending on the production volume of each year.
The unique aroma that wafts from the deep violet-colored mash, along with the rich potato flavor that can only be achieved using whole potato koji, created a new and impressive flavor.
