[Yamatozakura Hikari ]

A handmade potato shochu that has been aged for a year and has a deep flavor and a long aftertaste.

This potato shochu is made using Koshihikari and Hinohikari rice, and both the first and second brewing processes are brewed in earthenware jars, with the raw liquor then stored and aged for about a year.
You can enjoy the rich flavor and mellow taste that comes from aging.

It has a mild yet powerful potato aroma, a gentle mouthfeel, a rich, full-bodied flavor, and a mellow potato taste. It goes down smoothly and leaves a slightly dry aftertaste.
