The ratio of Karafuraru Flower is 4 parts to 6 parts soda . Put ice in a chilled glass and pour in the shochu and soda in that order to finish. You can add lemon, lime or other citrus fruits to your liking to make it even more delicious.

It goes great with mozzarella cheese and meat dishes.
