A powerful and gentle red wine with a deep purple color.
It is made from grapes such as Tannat and Cabernet Sauvignon grown in eastern Japan, including Yamagata and Yamanashi.
It has a black garnet color, and complex aromas of dark cherry and black currant with hints of nutmeg, sandalwood and smoky notes.
This is a powerful yet gentle red wine with smooth tannins, supple fruitiness, firm acidity and astringency, and a deep purple color.

Coco Farm and Winery was established in the 1950s and is located at the foot of the mountain vineyards.
The wine is made from 100% Japanese grapes, no herbicides or chemical fertilizers are used in the winery's own fields, and fermentation in the brewery is mainly done using natural wild yeast.
We listen carefully to the grapes and make the most of their unique characteristics.
