Kyoei-do 2022 Winter Release Claire

It uses Muscat Bailey A and Kyoho grapes from Katsunuma and Makioka towns.
Muscat Bailey A is fermented for a short period of time, and Kyoho grape juice is fermented in stainless steel, then aged in large barrels.

Slightly cloudy light azuki bean color.
A diverse aroma of melon, pineapple, cherry and rose, dill and licorice, coconut and vanilla.

It has a refreshing taste, with aromas of dill, slightly firm tomatoes, and coconut and vanilla as it absorbs air.
The aftertaste, combined with the blue color, gives the impression of cut flowers.
