Natan Winery is an extremely small winery run by female winemaker, Nami Ishita.
I used to work as a sommelier in the wine business, but I wanted to know more about wine, so I chose the path of wine brewing and started making wine in Tokushima Prefecture in 2021.

Natan Winery's wines are "additive-free," "unfined," and "unfiltered," and contain little to no added antioxidants.
Our motto is to utilize the individuality of each grape, without relying on additives, and to bring out the flavor by using environmental resources such as temperature and gas.
We make natural wines that allow you to taste the natural flavors of the ingredients.
