[Minami x Cave D'Occhi Winery FUSION 2024 "Horizon"]

Limited release of 285 bottles! A quiet, dry manly drink!

Wine barrels that had been used to age red wine (made with Cabernet Sauvignon) at Caved'Occhi Winery in Niigata Prefecture were sent to Minami Brewery, which brews the famous sake "Minami" in Kochi Prefecture, and filled with sake made with Hattannishiki rice and aged for 711 days.

Beautiful pale yellowish colour.
The aroma is gentle, deep and quiet, with notes of ripe pine and pear combined with the sweet honey scent of oak barrels, giving it a very elegant feel.

It has a gentle mouthfeel with a crisp impression, rich flavor and smoothness from the casks, and a strong acidity that appears towards the end tightens the flavor.
