Hiran pure rice polishing 30 limited squeeze 720ml
[Hiran Junmai Polished 30 Limited Edition】
It claims to be pure rice, but it's far from that level!
We deliberately use "Nikomaru," a popular variety of rice used for eating, mainly in western Japan.
Furthermore, the rice is polished to an astonishing 30% polishing rate.
Normally, with this level of polishing, it would be normal for the price to be more than double.
This is a sake that stands out for its cost performance, which is beyond what you would expect from its specifications.
It has a wonderful balance of fruity aroma, beautiful sweetness, sourness and flavor.
・The origin of the name "Hiran"
During the Age of Discovery, Hirado was one of the world's most important ports.
Hirado, the western capital of Finland.
The sailors called Hirado "Finland"
In even earlier times, Hirado was called Hiran .
In order to aim to produce sake that allows people to feel the Hirado terroir, we chose Hirado's name, Hiran, which is full of ancient romance, as our brand.
