A masterpiece that captures the moment that only a brewer can experience

The Untouched Genshu series is a limited series released using different types of sake rice, in which the sake is hand-bottled directly at the outlet of the press and then bottled at that moment, allowing you to enjoy the carbon dioxide gas that is generated during the main fermentation process.
No pressure is applied when squeezing, and the high-quality liquor that flows out naturally is bottled as is, without any filtration, addition of water, or pasteurization.

This sake is made using "Iwaimai," a type of sake rice that has been cultivated in Kyoto for a long time.
It has a mild aroma and a soft, gentle taste, but the stimulation of the carbonation gives it a refreshing punch.
