Tenpoichi Kimoto Junmai Special Limited Sake Senbon Nishiki 720ml/1800ml
[Tenpoichi Kimoto Junmai Special Limited Edition Sake Senbonnishiki]
A kimoto-brewed sake perfect for enjoying during the hot season, perfect for drinking with food
The polishing effect of the original rice process recreates the grape-like aroma.
This is an extremely dry sake with a sake meter value of +7, perfect for this time of year.
It has the acidity typical of kimoto brewing and is a dry, meal-friendly sake that is deliberately not flashy, making it easy to drink with a glass.
・From the back label: Tenpoichi is grown in a warm region in eastern Hiroshima prefecture, near the Seto Inland Sea (Kannabe-cho, Fukuyama city).
The "brewing water" used in sake brewing is soft water (ancient water) pumped up from 200 meters underground on our premises.
Our motto is to make sake that brings out the best in food, and we aim to make sake that does not interfere with meals. We cherish the umami, acidity and sharpness that spreads when you put it in your mouth, and we brew all of our koji using our original box koji making method, brewing each and every grain carefully.
We hope that everyone who drinks our beverage will feel happy.
