Wakakoma's first dry sake!

Kirekoma, which is the dryest of Wakakoma, was released this year at +18, the highest sake degree ever.

A scent reminiscent of green apples.
While it is dry and light, it has a juicy flavor that is typical of Wakakoma, and is characterized by its sharp sharpness.

・About Wakakoma Sake Brewery Founded in 1860.
Yukihiro Kashiwase, the 6th generation, returned to the brewery after training at the famous Yucho Sake Brewery in Kaze no Mori, Nara Prefecture, and launched the Wakakoma brand.
The main focus is unfiltered, unpolished whiskey, and we are particular about low-polished whiskey.
