・About Tsuchiya Sake Brewing Store Founded in 1909. We named our sake Kame no Umi from the word "Kameju Fukukai," which means "truly auspicious," hoping that it would be served at a feast of joy.
We continue to brew mellow local sake in our historic wooden brewery using underground water from the Chikuma River and sake rice from Sakudaira.
