The standard sweet potato shochu from Shiratama Brewery, the brewer of "Maou"

This is the only shochu produced by Shiratama Brewery that is distilled at normal pressure.
Compared to shochu distilled under reduced pressure, which has a clean, mild taste, shochu distilled under normal pressure tends to have a rich, savory flavor.

However, the taste of this "Shiratama no Tsuyu" is refreshing and has a sharp aftertaste, making it easy to drink.
This is an exquisite regular sake that combines a sweet, mellow flavor with a clean drinking experience.
