This is a barley shochu that is produced in small quantities and is often referred to as a phantom shochu.
The name of the sake, Aso Fujiko, comes from the name of the brewer's wife.
It has a soft barley flavor and a clean mouthfeel.
A slightly sweet, mellow and gentle barley shochu.
