This is a dry white wine made using the sur lie method after low-temperature fermentation.

It has a crisp acidity and aromas reminiscent of citrus fruits, green apples, and herbs.
It has a lively mouthfeel, with beautiful acidity and a refreshing umami flavor.
The aftertaste is accentuated by the lively bitterness of the Koshu grapes.

・About Diamond Sake Brewery
This is a family-run winery founded in 1939 .
It all started in 1939 when a few farmers got together and started brewing wine for their own consumption. They later established a corporation.
Currently, the wine is made mainly by Yoshio Amemiya, who studied at the University of Bordeaux in France for a year and then trained under a famous winemaker in Burgundy.
