Made with saignée juice from Diamond Winery's premium cuvées, "Chanter Y.A Vrille" and "Chanter Y.A Huit (Yui)," from Katsunuma, Yamanashi Prefecture.
The result is a wine that fully extracts the rich potential of perfectly ripened grapes.

Slightly deeper in color than a regular rosé.
When poured into a glass, it releases a fragrant fruity aroma reminiscent of strawberries and raspberries.

The palate is supple, with moderate tannins and a gentle bitterness that add depth to the flavor, creating an exquisite balance with the fruitiness.
This is a highly refined wine, perfect for enjoying with meals.

It pairs well with Japanese cuisine, as well as lighter meat dishes and charcuterie. A rosé wine that enhances sophisticated moments.
